Stay away! This company will take your money and will not order parts. You will be waiting and waiting for a part that is in stock down the road. They have the worst customer service too. They will give you the run around and tell you lies to get you off their backs. Stay far far away.

I wouldn't even give this business the time of day and I didn't want to.even give them one star. Not only are they broke but the turn around time takes weeks and no one at that business knows anything! They are unorganized and sit on their butts. They are in so mucy debt they can't afford to even pay their employees. Where's the money going to when their employees make the company money? Goes...

I called this company to schedule an appointment for AC repair service last Friday, November.. The person on the phone told me that he couldn't get a technician over before Monday, November 21. When I asked as to what time I might?

We called when our LG washer went on the fritz. Alamo went out of their way to take care of the issue for an awesome price. I would highly recommend them.
